Delivery Info & Returns
UK DELIVERY
UK orders for jewellery and hair accessories will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
UK orders for artificial flowers will be charged a delivery fee of £4.75 per order, irrespective of quantity per order.
All orders under £20 will be delivered by Royal Mail second class post. Orders over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders for jewellery, hair accessories and artificial flowers will be shipped out within one working day, unless an item is specifically marked out of stock in the listing detail. Please enquire for time estimates of out of stock items.
Orders for artificial orchid arrangements will be sent out within 2-3 working days.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer a next day delivery upgrade option on our listings. If you require a guaranteed delivery, before 1pm next day please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option. Please order before 9am for same day shipping on expediated orders, or contact us to enquire.
We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 as a usual Next Day option, which is only considered as a usually next day delivery but not absolutely guaranteed. We do not have control over the postal services so we can simply advise on options. Any queries please ask.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For International Orders the item will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard Post, which please note is not a tracked delivery service with an estimated delivery date of 3 - 5 weeks. The International Standard option will only be available for items under £20.
We recommend selecting the Royal Mail International Tracked option which arrives in estimated 5-7 business days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout page. All international items will be processed as detailed above.
We can only advise on shipping options and cannot guarantee international shipping times.
PLEASE NOTE Please check all requirements (import taxes, customs regulations and charges etc) regarding deliveries to countries outside the UK. Please note that we are unable to deduct or pay customs fees and taxes and these will be charged by the individual customs authorities upon receiving the item into the country. Any delays by customs authorities are out of our control and we are not responsible for delays by parcels held up by customs in the individual country. The customer should take responsibility for paying any customs charges due in order to receive the item purchased.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send a photo to floralific@gmail.com clearly showing the defect or issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and earrings are non returnable (for hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and simply advise which item you wish to replace it with and we will arrange to have this sent to you in return. If there is a partial refund due, this will be processed within 48 hours and back in your bank in a few days. If the replacement item is greater than the item returned, we will require you to contact us to pay the difference, before a replacement is sent out.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that custom orders and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days, onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
